Info from the Organizer regarding the Stage 3 Time Trial.

In Conjunction with the Race Jury the teams are reminded that drivers of follow vehicles must possess a current UCI license. At least 1 team Vehicle must also carry a Licensed team manager. For all Vehicles the UCI and Drivers License must be available for inspection.

The Media Work Room for the finish of Stage 3 will be located in the Crowne Plaza and not what was previously published.
