Anyone know what the agreement is with CBR and USAC with regards to using CBR races for credit or points towards a USAC upgrade? It seems to change every year...

Last I heard, SCNCA was only allowing something like 30% of points/races for upgrade to come from CBR events.

Of course, you are right: it does seem to change every year. So I could very well be wrong.
