Attn Ladies ~ Oct 7-9 ~ USA Cycling is offering a FREE CO-ED Madison camp at the ADT Event Center. Ladies, if you already know how to throw a Madison and have at least some level of competency with it, then you are invited to attend this Co-Ed Madison Camp courtesy of USA Cycling!!

This 3 day Madison camp schedule is as follows:

The camp is being designed as an opportunity to scout and educate riders interested in being included in the U23 program, but will be open to (MALE & FEMALE) riders 17 years and older from any category. The tentative schedule is to have a mandatory classroom-style meeting Oct. 7 at the Holiday Inn in Torrance (19800 South Vermont Ave), followed the next 2 days (Oct 8-9) with track time from 9:00 am. Ė 1:00 p.m. Track time will provide all camp attendees time to ride and practice Madison exchanges, but will be organized to evaluate riderís abilities to be successful in UIV and similar races. USA Cycling will not be charging a fee for participation, but expects participants to have at least a basic understanding of the Madison and a basic ability with the Madison exchange.

Individuals interested in participating in the camp, or being considered for inclusion in the U23 program, should contact Clay Worthington at, or 719-229-3768. Final camp details will be sent to expected participants and posted at the velodrome during the days before the camp.
